• CareFlow assessment forms. If you submit a CareFlow enquiry, we collect the details you enter — type of care needed, funding type, hours, preferred start date, and your contact details — so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Email. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
• Purchases. Payments for AI services are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of a completed payment; we do not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and collect standard analytics data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source — to help us understand traffic and measure advertising. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
